Pork Loin Roast with Rind-On |
Now you can experience a proper Sunday Pork Loin Roast with real Crackling just like back home. Just thaw, score the rind, rub salt onto the rind, bake. Serve with roasted potatoes, fresh veggies, hot cooked apples, and plenty of mint sauce. Roasts weigh between 4 and 7 lbs. Minimum order 4 lbs. See recipe below. Do you want addition Crackling ? |
We have the same loin skins for making additional crackling. Just score the skins rub salt, place the skins in the oven at the end of the cooking time. First on the underside then with the skin side up until it is golden brown and ready to eat.
