Now you can experience a proper Sunday Pork Loin Roast with real Crackling just like back home.   Just thaw, score the rind, rub salt onto the rind, bake.  Serve with roasted potatoes, fresh veggies, hot cooked apples, and plenty of mint sauce.  You can recreate our own Sunday roast.

How to order:  To order you must add 4 or up the the "add to cart" box, otherwise you have ordered only 1 lb. of loin of pork and the smallest we ship is 4 lbs.

If you want a 6 or 8 or whatever weight then put the lbs. in the "add to cart", that way we ship you a Loin equal to your request.

If you want 2 loins say 4 lbs. and 6 lbs. then order a 10 lb. loin and in the "personalise" section tell us the size of each loin you want us to ship
