The same banger as our British Style Bangers except in smaller casings. The name is derived form the Italian word "cipolla" which means ''onion'', go figure , the Brits. There are between 14 and 16 links per pound. The perfect sausage to accompany your Sunday Roast, or breakfast.
William’s Pork Bangers Chipolata: “Next on my hit list brings us close to American style-because what the Brits call "chipolata" is akin to our "little links" breakfast sausage. Actually, these are a touch longer than ours, making them look a little thinner and more stretched-out than American ones. Tan on the outside, which browns beautifully in the pan. So many good things here: a huge snap on the skin (which is almost tough, in a good way), very fine and smooth mousse inside, wonderful porky taste.
