We are able to reproduce British Back Bacon using American pork loins and curing them using the famous 'Wiltshire Cure' method which produces some of the best bacon in the UK. Our bacon is up to 70% leaner than the leanest American style bacon. William''s back bacon makes breakfast worth eating again.  It is also great as a bacon butty.

Each pound comes in 2 8 oz. vaccum packed packets, just enough for 2 or 3 persons'' breakfast.
