If you really want to enjoy William's bacon, you have to cook it slow. Start by laying 2 slices of our bacon per person into a cold frying pan. For best results, use a cast iron frying pan. The bigger (and the heavier) the better. Set the burner to medium, but no higher. Let the bacon sizzle lazily for 15 minutes or so, turning it every now and then.
