You can have British Style bacon and gammon cured and cut here in the USA using the real "Wiltshire Cure" method as practiced in England for over 300 years. Some of our favorite recipes are at the bottom of this page. "Wiltshire Cure" is a method of curing pork that results in a mild cure where you can taste the ham not the salt or the cure.
