Irish Style Sausages Our sausages are made in North Carolina to traditional Irish recipes, using the finest imported seasonings. They are lean plump and juicy, and will not shrink in the pan. Our Sausages are 6-8 links per pound.
 
Guinness Sausage Irish Style Sausage made with real Guinness. Each 100 pound batch contains over 8 pints. Ideal for breakfast, a snack or to give a flair to an otherwise bland meal.
 
Back Bacon Cured using the "Wiltshire Cure" method which produces a sweeter less salty bacon. Our is 70% leaner than American and it has the rind on.
