Sausage (Banger) Rolls


We made our sausage with the best quality pork trimmings, seasonings imported from England, and rusk.  The sausages are then uncooked and are wrapped with puff pastry. Just allow the sausages to thaw, place in a 350° F for about 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.  Note: to make finger rolls cut the rolls into one inch lengths prior to cooking.  This deeps the crust from breaking apart when you cut them.

Cooking Instructions

Place rolls 1 inch apart on a baking tray.

Bake in a preheated 350º F Oven for 25-30 minutes

Or, until the pastry becomes golden brown.

If Frozen, increase cooking time by 5-10 minutes.
